Objective:
The CygNet Measurement course teaches students how to setup and configure the Flow Measurement Service, upload client applications files, configure remote devices for data retrieval, add and delete meters, configure poll schedules, add and use groups, and implement security. This course will also teach students how to implement validation rules, estimations rules and configure normalization views.

Course Description:
The CygNet Measurement course is a two day, hands-on course. Each student will have a small CygNet Measurement system in which to configure Flow Measurement data. Students will add and configure meters, automate polling, implement security and configure reports. Students will also use various administrative functions to setup rules for validating and estimating measurement data.

Target Audience:
CygNet SCADA Administrators, Measurement Administrators, Measurement Technicians

Prerequisites:

  • CygNet SCADA Basic Configuration
  • Use of standard Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with Windows Server Operating Systems
